11×11th Visual Arts Competition
On the occasion of the 11th edition of Lucania Film Festival, starts the “11 x 11th ” Visual Arts Competition, for emerging artists. The large audience of directors, writers, actors and set designers of great artistic value, together with very skillful guests, makes this event an important showcase for all kinds of artists. The LFF, first International Film Festival born in Basilicata, has become an important event for the national and international independent film scene, boasting an audience of 100.000 people in the first ten editions. With “11 x 11th”, 11 artists for each edition, the LFF aims to highlight the work and creativity of young artists and focuses its attention on various forms of art language, as well as the cinematic one. This could be a good chance to collect more and more art expressions: a kind of workshop/event of the art circuit and the opportunity of interaction among various languages. The main aim is to create an exhibition-network through the involvement of Italian and international festivals.
